- Discuss the various ways that ccTLD registries can strengthen the domain name industry, while promoting their respective TLD;
- Present and share experiences in various operational aspects of ccTLDs including registration policies, WHOIS, dispute resolution mechanisms, amongst others;
- Review IDN ccTLD experiences and discuss challenges facing the growth of IDN registrations in the region (e.g. Arabic email support, Registry support for the Arabic script, Arabic WHOIS, SSL certificates, etc.);
- Discuss how to promote IDN TLDs, whether current ccTLDs or future gTLDs, in light of the challenges they currently face.
