A UAE resident originally from Australia, Ben Crawford has led CentralNic Group PLC (LSE: CNIC) to win more gTLD clients in the Middle East than any other company - including Etisalat, Saudi Telecom, Qatar Telecom, and Kuwait Finance House. CentralNic will be launching 30 new gTLD extensions in 2014, in Latin and Arabic IDN, and has an extensive program of supporting ccTLDs at national and international level. Ben has worked in the internet since 1996, consulting to such companies as Microsoft, IBM, and Oracle, as well as leading successful start-ups including artinfo.com, MutualArt.com. iGamingBusiness.com, and Olympics.com. He holds a BA with First Class Honors from the University of Sydney and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
