Fred Hsu is the CEO and Co-Founder of D3, where he’s helping shape the future of digital identity by bridging traditional Web2 domains with emerging Web3 technologies. With over 20 years of experience in the tech and domain industries, Fred has built and scaled multiple successful ventures.

He was a Co-Founder and CTO of Oversee.net, a pioneering company in domain monetization, and later founded Manage.com and Ember Entertainment, both of which were acquired by Criteo and Gala Games, respectively.

At D3, Fred recently led a $25 million Series A funding round and launched Doma Protocol, the first blockchain purpose-built for DomainFi. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from UCLA and continues to lead innovation at the intersection of DNS and blockchain technology.
