GARTH MILLER

Garth Miller is the Project Manager for CoCCA Registry Services. He also serves as the Administrative Contact for Christmas Island country code top-level domain (ccTLD) LD (.CX). He has been involved in the ccTLD ecosystem for almost 25 years, primarily with small and medium sized ccTLDs. From 1998 to 2018, he operated the only Internet Service Provider (ISP) and 4G network in the Australian Indian Ocean Territories. Currently, he is focused on the administration of the .CX ccTLD and maintenance of two CoCCA software tools that aim to assist managers of TLDs run their registry systems and mitigate abuse in their TLDs.
