Kroopa Shah is the Vice President of Registry Services at Identity Digital, bringing more than two decades of experience in the domain name industry. She leads service delivery and account management for top-level domain (TLD) operators and oversees global technical support for registrar partners. Prior to joining Identity Digital, Kroopa played a key role at Afilias, where she helped scale customer operations during the 2012 new gTLD program. Her expertise spans strategic planning, operational efficiency, and building strong, collaborative client relationships.
