MIKE ZUPKE

Mike is the Director of Registrar Programs at ICANN, where he is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of registrar-facing programs and consensus policies. Mike joined ICANN in 2005 and has, at one time or another, served in every role within the Registrar Relations department, from accreditation application processing to de-accreditation and transitioning. Much of his work lately has focused on helping ICANN better understand and support the domain name marketplace through outreach, training, and new programs, particularly in underserved regions. Before joining ICANN, Mike practiced law and worked for the National Arbitration Forum, handling disputes under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and Startup Trademark Opposition Policy.
