Engineer Nabil Ahmed Abdel Karim Abusel is a graduate of electronic engineering from Princess Sumaya University for Technology, and has been working since 2000 in the National Information Technology Center, and for two years has held the position of director of the electronic operations directorate in the center, which manages and operates all electronic operations in the center and services provided to ministries and government institutions such as the Internet Domains, hosting, development, and e-government operations center. Among the most important projects that he managed and supervised are the unified admission system for universities, the university proficiency test, and the electronic registration of Hajj.
